BODY CONTITIONING FOR DANCERS:
Class Time: 2:00 to 4:00 PM
This class will strengthen your core, structure your body, heighten flexibility and circulation. This is a highly intensive class for those who are already active in dance or athletic activity. The exercises are tailored for dancer alignment and body coordination. No prior dance training required. Athletic or dance attire.
INTERMEDIATE BALLET
Class Time: 4:00 to 6:00 PM
This class is designed for the mid-teen to adult student who has had prior ballet training. Emphasis is given to body placement, technique, vocabulary and development of discipline. Attire for this is leotard/tights, ballet slippers (skirts, and warmers accepted) for females, dance attire for males.
4:00 to 6:00 PM
Ms. Yo has developed a modern syllabus which draws from the Graham, Horton and Hawkins techniques. The class is designed to develop technique, vocabulary and discipline, and structural alignment. Athlet or dance attire.
